About

“There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish”
— MICHELLE OBAMA

The Loom envisions the day when all women are empowered, performing confidently, and feeling their best.

We want women to stop ‘doing’ and start ‘being’. Be more connected to themselves, their community and the environment. We want women to own their story, address the addiction with being over busy, and connect with who they want to be.

We believe in the benefits of taking time to step away from our busy lives, allocating time to consider ourselves, our values, our purpose and the things that light us up.

We offer women a variety of proactive, unique programs led by industry-leading specialists, to help them craft their own journey, create practical career and life management plans, and ultimately feel fulfilled.

The Loom is proud to partner with The Cambium, a boutique event space and accommodation venue nestled in the lush surrounds of Red Hill, on the Mornington Peninsula. The Cambium is an exclusive-use venue for businesses looking to enact change, away from the distractions of the workplace. It’s a space designed to nurture purposeful collaboration, creative thinking and in-depth strategy in the great outdoors. It’s a place to retreat from the everyday and to renew connection with your professional vision. It’s a blank canvas for innovation, thoughtfully tailored to the unique intention of your visit.

Located in Red Hill in Victoria, Australia, The Cambium is just 60 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and 80 minutes from Melbourne Airport.

Red Hill boasts some of the country’s best vineyards, restaurants and artisanal produce, as well as breath-taking beaches and nature.
