Mojgan Tosif

Mojgan Tosif, Virtues ProjectTM Master Facilitator, Educator BA (Ed), BA (Ed Studies)

Mojgan is a Master Facilitator for The Virtues ProjectTM International, a character education program that empowers individuals, parents and organisations to develop core ethical and performance values and live by their highest values.

Through her services she inspires individuals to live more meaningful, joyful lives and assists families to bring up responsible children who lead lives of integrity. Beyond this she accompanies educators to create caring and high performing learning communities and helps leaders to inspire excellence in the workplace.

Mojgan has been conducting workshops for more than 20 years locally and internationally. She has lived and worked extensively in USA, Australia and Singapore for many years before returning to Melbourne with her family.

Mojgan firmly believes in education as a tool for transformation. She has extensive experience in the education sector as an early and primary educator. Currently, residing in Melbourne with her husband, Mojgan is passionate about communicating the essence of the Virtues to others and seeing the impact this simple framework can bring to relationships at home, in schools and in the workplace.


Sheena Wilson, GAICD, B.A., Grad.Dip Career Development, PCDAA

Sheena is a highly accomplished business leader, talent executive and accredited career coach, with multi-disciplinary experience on a global scale. She is a professional Non-Executive Director and Foundation Trustee.

In a portfolio capacity, Sheena manages a range of responsibilities as principal of her own successful management consulting firm; as Deputy Chair of a national professional services firm; as a Mentor and Leadership Consultant for Women on Boards Australia; as co-founder and director of Parents on Leave®; and as coach and mentor to a diverse range of individuals in Australia and internationally, across multiple sectors.

Sheena has transitioned in senior roles during her business career across multiple sectors – including Engineering, Management Consulting, Business Services, Banking and Finance. She consults and coaches in the private and public sector space, in Higher Education, NGOs, NFPs and Social Enterprises, nationally and internationally. Her international business career included many years based overseas in New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Europe, and India. Prior to returning home to Australia in 2014, over a 13-year period she was successively the Head of HR-International, CEO of India Operations, and Global Head of Talent Strategy for one of the world’s leading financial institutions. She has worked on the people aspects of many cross-border M&A deals, and is an international award-winning expert in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Sheena’s stated purpose is 'to help others succeed.' She evidences this passionately in all that she does, in every arena. Her gift is the ability to leverage many years of cross-disciplinary, cross-border, cross-sector experience in a highly pragmatic way, to help others craft their own unique career narrative, and think through and plan effectively for whatever comes next.

Sheena Wilson

Dr Tamsin Kane

Dr Tamsin Kane, B.A. (Hons) Psych., DPsych (Clin)., MAPS FCCLP Clinical Psychologist

Dr Tamsin Kane is a clinical psychologist who specialises in perinatal mental health. Tamsin facilitates group programs for mothers and fathers struggling with the transition to parenthood, including those with postnatal depression and/or anxiety. She also works with mothers and infants to support their healthy attachment.

Over the past 8 years, Tamsin has worked at the Austin Hospital in the Perinatal Mental Health Clinic and Parent Infant Research Institute (PIRI). She is a registered supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and supervises students and junior psychologists in their clinical work, as well as providing training to clinicians, researchers and maternal and child health nurses in the perinatal group programs.

Tamsin has a background in adolescent and young peoples’ mental health and is trained as a couples’ therapist. Tamsin is registered as a Circle of Security parent educator, and draws from attachment theory research in her mother- infant clinical practice. She is committed to supporting women and their families in this momentous and often challenging life transition.


In addition to these facilitators The Loom works with various collaborators specialising in women’s health and wellbeing. These collaborators specialise in the areas of yoga, mindfulness, massage and dietetics.
